A long weekend filled with charitable activities

This package offers relaxation, mental and physical care in the form of various sessions as well as good food and accommodation in a fantastic natural and beautiful environment.

The package includes
– Gong bath, cocoa ceremony*, yoga and gong meditation spread over three days. Cacao ceremony and yoga are led by Anna at Vandra Mjukt, other activities are held by Majvor at Majas Massage
– Afternoon coffee on two occasions
– Lunch on Saturday
– 2-course menu for dinner both nights
– 2 nights accommodation at Stora Djupsås
– Breakfast basket both Saturday and Sunday

With us you can stay either in luxurious glamping tents with hotel standard beds, in a awsome tree tent floating above the ground by the river Nossan, in your own tent, your own motorhome or caravan.

Registration by 15/8-25. Places are limited so first come, first served.

Prices
-Glamping tent: 5200:-/person (part of a 2- or 4-man tent. Bedding, towel and bathrobe included)
-Tree tent: 4300:-/person (part of a 2-man tent, sleeping bag with sleeping bag sheet, towel and pillow included)
-Tent pitch: 4100:-/person (no electricity, tent pitch for two people**)
-Pitch 4100:-/person (incl. electricity, pitch for two persons**)
-Day package: 3500:-/person (all but accommodation included)

You arrive at Stora Djupsås at 14:00. If you are staying with us, you check in and prepare for the first session, gong bath, which starts at 15:00. Gong bathing is a relaxation method that uses the sounds of gongs to create balance and vitality.
By 18:00, your two-course dinner is ready.
After dinner, around 20:00, yoga is offered. At 08:30 on Saturday, your breakfast basket is ready to be enjoyed. In the morning we have a yoga session, after this we have lunch. In the afternoon we enjoy a cocoa ceremony: this is done on an empty stomach and we drink a high quality cocoa drink. Besides the fact that raw ceremonial cacao is full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and proteins such as muscle relaxing magnesium, the brown bean also supports the secretion of the happiness hormone serotonin. In general, cacao ceremonies are about learning to live from the heart, daring to follow your intuition and navigating life with an open mind.

Dinner is served around 18:00, after which we gather around an open fire in the garden and enjoy a yoga session with gong.

Sunday morning we start with gong meditation at 08:00. Breakfast is waiting when the session is finished. Check-out at noon. 11:00. It will be possible to book tarot readings at certain times during these days, booking and payment of this is done on site. This is offered as an option and for a symbolic sum of SEK 200. We will have all sessions outdoors but in less suitable weather we will gather indoors.

Cancellation through personal contact only: email or phone. Cancellation by 6/8-25 means that we charge an administration fee of 10% of the total cost. Cancellation between 7/8-25 and 14/8-25 means a charge of 50% of the total cost. Cancellation later than 14/8-25 means full charge.

*You should not drink ceremonial cocoa if you have high blood pressure, heart problems, are pregnant or taking antidepressants
