You arrive at Stora Djupsås at 14:00. If you stay with us, you check in and prepare for the first session, gong bath, which starts at 15:00. After the session, coffee, tea and healthy snacks are offered.
At 18:00 your two-course dinner is ready to be enjoyed. For supper you will be offered a two-course dinner and after this is taken, a session of healing sound healing will start: this will help you to manage stress, become more present and listen inward to your body and mind.
We hope for suitable weather so that this can take place by a cozy open fire in the garden.
Saturday starts with gong meditation and then your breakfast basket is ready to be enjoyed, Check-out at 11:00.

Ceramics course
During 3 days we spend time creating in clay with Agneta at Hillestorps Krukmakeri. Her pottery workshop is beautifully located in the countryside outside Tumleberg in Vara municipality. On this course you get to try several different techniques such as ringing, rolling, turning and tumbling.
The course runs for three consecutive days and the group is kept small so that everyone is helped through the different stages. The course is aimed at both beginners and those with previous experience of creating in clay.
Day 1: we start with an introduction where different techniques are shown and simple coffee. We go through rolling, tumbling, ringing and turning. There are 3 turning disks, 2 electric disks and 1 kick disk.
Then it is free choice of technique.
Turning is an art. The course leader Agneta sits next to you and helps you through the turning moments when you turn the first time. Then you will get help with centering so that you can get started, then you work independently on the turntable and Agneta is there to give tips and advice.
Day 2: we work on and try different techniques.
Day 3: we take care of what we've already created; polish and "send" the turned and it is free to continue creating something based on the techniques we learned.
The hours are 10:00 - 16:00 on all three days.
What is included?
3 day course including clay firing, glazing and glaze firing of what you have made. It also includes coffee, lunch during the three days and supper and breakfast on two occasions. Accommodation of your choice for 2 nights. See below for information on accommodation options.

After about 6-8 weeks, what you have made is ready to pick up at Hillestorps Keramik. If you live far away, your things are sent against the shipping cost.

You arrive at Stora Djupsås 14:00. If you are staying with
us, you check in and prepare for the first session, gong bath, which starts
at 15:00. Gong baths are a relaxation method that uses the sounds of the gongs to
create balance and vitality.
At 18:00, your two-course dinner is ready.
After dinner, around 20:00, yoga is offered.
At 08:30 on Saturday, your breakfast basket is ready to be enjoyed. In the
morning we have a yoga session, after this we have lunch. In the afternoon
we enjoy a cocoa ceremony: this is done on an empty stomach and we drink a high quality
cocoa drink. Besides the fact that raw ceremonial cocoa is full of vitamins, minerals,
antioxidants and proteins such as muscle relaxing magnesium,
the brown bean also supports the secretion of the happiness hormone serotonin. In general, cacao ceremonies are about learning
to live from the heart, daring to follow your intuition and navigating life with an
open mind.
The evening meal is served around 18:00, after which we
gather around an open fire in the garden and enjoy a yoga session with gong.
Sunday morning we start with gong meditation at 08:00.
Breakfast is waiting when the session is finished. Check-out at 11:00. It will
be possible to book a tarot reading at certain times during these days, booking
and payment of this is done on site. This is offered as an option and for a
symbolic sum of SEK 200. We will have all sessions outdoors but in case of
less suitable weather we will meet indoors.

The game takes 2-4 hours depending on how many people are playing and how fast you are. Both the game and the platter of delicacies are waiting for you at check-in: in your glamping tent if you have booked this, for other accommodations the platter is available for collection in the fridge in Hönshuset.
One delicacy platter is enough for two people and the package is sold for 2, 4 or 6 people. Non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase in the Hen House.

Outdoor package
Enjoy our beautiful surroundings by hiking or cycling and enjoy good food! The package includes maps and tips for excursions in the local area, a food package to take with you on your outdoor experience, an evening meal package and breakfast on the day of departure.
Arrival
From 08:30 on your arrival day, your food package and maps to take on the excursion are available for pick-up in the refrigerator in the Henhouse. The package includes a hearty sandwich, a home-baked cake and a beverage.
Evening
The evening meal package will be in the fridge in your glamping tent if you booked this or in the Hen House if you booked another type of accommodation. Non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase in the Hen House.
Breakfast
The breakfast package is picked up in the Hen House from 08:30. You do not need to book your breakfast other than by booking the Outdoor Package.
