SUMMARY:Parent training - Infant massage
DESCRIPTION:One touch at a time \nGive your baby security\, closeness and love through soft and conscious touch. During this course in infant massage\, you as a parent will learn techniques that strengthen the connection and deepen the interaction between you and your child.  \nInfant massage is the loving touch of a baby’s skin\, the body’s largest sensory organ. It is not a treatment\, but a moment of presence\, contact and calm – completely on the child’s terms. Through the massage\, you develop your ability to read your child’s signals and build security in your relationship.   \nDuring the course you will:\n\nLearn the different strokes of the massage\nDeepen interaction and communication with your child\nA quiet moment of presence\, just for the two of you\nCommunity with other parents in a safe environment\nSandwiches and drinks at each session\n\nSome parts of the massage\, such as the abdominal massage\, can help to relieve stomach aches and gas. \nPractical information\nCourse start: Wednesday 13 May\nDates: 13/5\, 20/5\, 27/5\, 3/6\, 10/6 and 17/6.\n(The course is held six Wednesdays)\nTime: 09.30-11.30Reserve day: 24/6Suitable age: approx. 1-8 months (before the child starts to crawl)Maximum number of participants: 8 childrenCost: 2 095 kr per childRegistration open: April 6 – April 27 \nBoth parents are welcome to attend with their baby. \nCourse leader: Erika Kylén\, Erika’s Massage
